Job TitleSenior Cybersecurity Manager
Department Service Division Product Testing
LocationMainland China or Taiwan
Responsibilities and Authorities• Main responsibility, but not only taking the lead in the creation of appropriate knowledge, training, and qualification contents, procedures, and processes to develop testing and certification services for products and services in accordance with current and new regulations under development. (eg. Cybersecurity Act and its associated schemes, MDR/IVDR, IEC 62443). Our target once developed these services is transferring them to the DEKRA Regions who wish to provide these services into their own markets.
• Support in the identification of relevant Cyber Security laws, regulations and standards and co-create, together with business stakeholders, new approaches, policies, requirements and/or guidance to address them.
• Manage Business Line Cybersecurity projects at Service Division Product Testing and work-streams across DEKRA and report to the Business Line Manager, when needed.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives together with colleagues from other Business Lines and Regions.
• Develop new ways of monitoring compliance to products and services security standards, regulation, and best practices.
• Support the Cyber Security Service Division, product managers, project managers, R&D heads and testing and certification for product, services and process.
• Writing of technical proposals.
• Work dissemination.
Competences and skills• Fluent written and spoken English
• Certifications CISSP, CISA, CISM or similar for supporting in services definition, create the procedures and processes.
• At least five years’ demonstrable experience in Cyber Security, OT environment or product, solution or service business and customer world.
• Basic and broad experience in cyber security. Being able to estimate security threats and risks.
• Initiative, creativity, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work in international teams.
• Work experience as project manager and/or as consultant - international experience preferably.
• Very strong customer and service orientation.
• General knowledge of Industrial security standard IEC 62443.
• General knowledge on relevant national or international cyber security laws, standards and regulations.
• Soft skills required - Rigor, autonomy and efficiency in tasks execution.
 Analytical and synthesis capacity.
 Leadership skill, group-working abilities but autonomous and proactive.
• Good to have:
 Cybersecurity master’s degree.
 Knowledge of market specific standards e.g. NIST, HIPAA, The EU Cybersecurity Act, Common Criteria.
 Experience in participation in normative working groups.
 Functional Safety & embedded Cybersecurity.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Available to travel internationally (occasionally).
