汽车事业部- 大客户经理 Key Account Manager
(北京/上海各一名)
Responsibilities:
- Understand the Automotive solution direction and behavior to define the commercial strategy towards selected key accounts.
- Build up the big picture of project and play a role as a Commercial Leader to selected key accounts
- Key accounts development, build and implement account plan.
- Strengthen the relationship and influence the customer with DEKRA
- Prospect and develop new potential customers
- Identify key customer decision maker, develop management level interaction with key accounts

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a automotive marketing analytics environment

Experience & Background Skills Required:
1.Experience in auto industry training and consulting corresponding to the after-sales service management.
2.More than 3 years experience in after-sales management at auto distributors or service station management; familiar with the management, policy and assessment approach of factory on service network;
3.With experience on the auto detection, diagnosis, maintenance and parts; understand the basic working procedures of auto 4S shops or special maintenance stations. Experience in management of auto 4S shops or special maintenance stations; experience in the service management at German intermediate and top-end auto 4S distributors.
4.Experience in ISO9000 management or holder of national certified auditor certificate is a plus.
Other Position Requirements:
1.Honest and virtuous. Above college degree.
2.Be good at communications, with certain management and organization/coordination ability and good oral and written expression.
3.Good computer operation skills; good at office software such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc. Basic oral English ability, can read English testing reports.

Position description:
- Participate in used car training project bidding, proposes the project Suggestions;
- According to the customer request, write training materials;

- To customer designated dealership training effect inspection, and conduct on-site training and coaching.
Post requirements:
- Vehicles related specialized graduation, the junior college degree above;
- Good training skills and can build the active atmosphere in class.

Sales Management
- Set regional sales programs, monitor and maximize usage of them to improve quality and generate more sales
