汽车事业部- 大客户经理 Key Account Manager

(北京/上海各一名)

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand the Automotive solution direction and behavior to define the commercial strategy towards selected key accounts.
  2. Build up the big picture of project and play a role as a Commercial Leader to selected key accounts
  3. Key accounts development, build and implement account plan.
  4. Strengthen the relationship and influence the customer with DEKRA
  5. Prospect and develop new potential customers
  6. Identify key customer decision maker, develop management level interaction with key accounts
  7. Negotiating and implementing key account trading terms, customer agreement, promotion plans, selling activities etc. in line with overall commercial policy and responsible for key account P&L

 

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a automotive marketing analytics environment
  2. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at senior levels
  3. Ability to multi-task on an ongoing basis
  4. Ability to translate data results into actionable recommendations for clients
  5. Excellent written communications skills and presentation skills
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and strong people management skills
  7. Undergraduate degree in marketing, statistics, economics, operations research or marketing research; advanced degree desirable.

汽车事业部--高级审核师(上海,广州,成都)

经验与技能要求

1. 具备与售后服务管理相对应的汽车行业培训、咨询经验;
2. 三年以上汽车经销商售后管理经验或服务站管理工作经验,熟悉厂家对服务网络的管  理、政策和考核方法;
3. 具有汽车检测、诊断、维修及配件等方面的经验,了解汽车4S店或特约维修站的基本工作程序;有汽车4S店或特约维修站管理工作经验;具有德系中高级汽车4S经销商服务管理经验
4. 有ISO9000管理经验者或国家注册审核员证书者优先。

其它要求:
1. 正直诚实,大专以上学历
2. 善于沟通,有一定的管理能力和组织协调能力;有较好的口头及书面表达能力。
3. 良好的计算机能力及操作技能,熟练使用WORD, EXCEL, PPT;基本的英语口语表达,  能看懂英文的检测报告。
4. 能够承受较大工作压力,能够适应频繁出差,愿意长期跟DEKRA一起发展

汽车事业部- 研究员

(工作地点:上海)

 

工作职责:

  1. 撰写渠道调研及神秘顾客检查项目的建议书
  2. 进行渠道调研及神秘顾客项目类项目的项目方案设计
  3. 负责渠道调研类项目及神秘顾客项目的团队管理和项目执行
  4. 撰写渠道调研类项目及神秘顾客项目的分析研究报告 
  5. 进行渠道调研类项目及神秘顾客项目的报告演示及讲解

 

职位要求:

  1. 具备较好的统计学功底,能熟练运用SPSS的各种分析模块;
  2. 对汽车经销商网络管理有一定的了解,同时具备一定的渠道营销管理理论
  3. 有汽车厂家或经销商满意度调研、服务质量检核与评估等方面从业经验者优先
  4. 曾从事过汽车经销商服务检查或服务评估类项目者优先
  5. 可熟练完成项目计划书和报告的现场演示
  6. 能熟练使用OFFICE软件,尤其是PPT和Excel
  7. 熟练的英文听说读写能力
  8. 良好的口头表达能力
  9. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神

Used Car Trainers

Position description:

  • Participate in used car training project bidding, proposes the project Suggestions;
  • According to the customer request, write training materials;
  • Training process organization and implementation,
  • To customer designated dealership training effect inspection, and conduct on-site training and coaching.

Post requirements:

  • Vehicles related specialized graduation, the junior college degree above;
  • Good training skills and can build the active atmosphere in class.
  • Skillfully use WORD, EXCEL, PPT, independently complete the training materials writing,
  • Familiar with used car trade-in, reconditioning, sales, marketing and after-sale such processes in automobile manufacturers or 4S, and 2 ~ 3 years used car business training experience;
  • Basic English speaking, reading and writing skills.

Sales/After-sales Project Manager

Position description:
  Sales Management

  • Set regional sales programs, monitor and maximize usage of them to improve quality and generate more sales
  • Guide and coordinate with dealer project member to ensure all dealerships to comply with manufacturer’s standard, policies and regulations
  • Provide coaching and training for project member
  • Prepare relevant report to customer with update status regularly
  • Coordinate with all involved parties to ensure yearly target is achieved
  • Directly meet with strategic account customers to close major deals

  Project Management

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
  • Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Manages project budget.
  • Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
  • Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.

Client Management

  • Manages client interaction.
  • Sets and manages client expectations.
  • Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
  • Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.

Post requirements:

  • 学士或相关管理学士学位以上学历,或者销售,营销,工程或任何其他相关学科的机构认可。
  • 有4S店相关汽车销售或汽车售后服务至少5年以上经验,2年以上的管理经验。
  • 丰富的汽车,汽车零部件及相关配件知识,有全面的经销商服务活动经验。
  • 流利的英语(书面和口头)。
  • 能够工作在一个国际化的工作环境。
